Village by the Grange, built in 1978, is a development of residential buildings, retail shops and diverse restaurants, south of Dundas along St. Patrick Street and McCaul Streets. Click for map and what’s nearby.
The buildings of MTCC 607 all have spacious balconies or patios, and interior units face the beautifully landscaped courtyard, which includes an outdoor pool and recreation centre.

“The Grange” as its colloquially referred to, has managed to operate in its own ecosystem. It has undergone very few changes and has many customers who come to its food court to sample international dishes from counties such as Korea, Japan, Lebanon, Thailand, Italy, Greece and Jamaican, all under one roof.

The Village is widely known for high pedestrian traffic, ample underground parking, and is directly adjacent to OCAD University, the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) and numerous residential, office buildings and hospitals. Transit is right at door… just steps to St. Patrick subway station.
